Aaahhh. Baby's sleeping.

I have the Fisher Price Jungle swing, but it's basically the same thing with a jungle theme instead of the rainforest theme. Our old swing didn't recline very much and when our baby fell asleep in it, her little head drooped to one side and looked very uncomfortable. This swing reclines very well and she looks snug as a bug in it. It moves side to side as well as front to back for some variety. We had the ocean wonders cradle swing with my first son and spent so much in batteries I was determined to buy this one with my second son. I am happy with it overall. My infant doesn't love the swing the way his brother did but I don't think that has anything to do with the swing itself. Everything has functioned well and the colors and music are very nice. I received this swing as a gift, I never would have bought it myself as my first child hated the swing we had. This swing is brightly colored with cheerful animals so it is unisex. There is a mobile of three adorable animals, my daughter loves the bird. the music is great!!! Usually these things have music that is so annoying or really sounds bad. This swing is great in theory, however after we got it as a gift we were able to use it for about a month before it started having issues. First, wouldnt work on the cord power or battery power. We called customer service and they were great, they sent a new motor assembly right away. That was installed and the swing worked again for a week or two, then would only work on battery power. We called and customer service sent us a new power cord. When that didnt fix the problem, they offered to refund us money or try and fix it again. By this time… read full review »

I was really sad when I had to return this product because my swing quit swinging sometimes. I called the manufacturer and they said to take it back to the store and exchange it, that they had some problems with some of the motors not working properly. When I took the swing back, the store didn't have any in stock and eventually, my son got too big to replace it and we exchanged it for the Jumperoo :( I wasn't a fan. After using the ocean wonders swing and replacing batteries every week with my 3rd child, i decided to look for something new. I found this fantastic swing. It plugs into the wall so I never have to replace the batteries. It does a forward swing and cradle swing and adjusts VERY easily between the two. It folds up if you need to get it out of the way. I can not say enough about this swing. Love it, Love it, Love it! We had the fisher-price aquarium swing (loved it too) and were going through 4D batteries a week, so we invested in this swing instead, since you can plug it in. My daughter is now 15 months old and has been in this swing everyday since we have owned it. We even take it with us when we travel overnight. She takes the majority of her naps in the swing and uses it every night to fall asleep. She has probably outgrown it, but I don't know what we will do without it. Overall I really like this swing. I loved the Rainforest collection so I own a few of the rainforest products. The fabric on the swing is nice and easy to clean. I like that there's a padded removable headrest for my newborn which keeps him sitting in place and comfy. It can rock side to side or front and back. I received this product as a baby shower gift and I have not been very satisfied with it. I have the Fisher Price Pappison swing at home and LOVE it and have this swing at my parents house for when we visit. My son was 7 lbs when he was born and it barely swung, so I thought something was wrong with it, called customer service who gladly sent me a replacment motor, we replaced the motor and it still will not swing my child, he's now 17 lbs, it is supposed to go up to 25 lbs. My daughter loved this swing - it would have gotten a 5-star rating. Then it was recalled. Now we are without her swing for (going on) 4 months. First we had to "apply" for a voucher to replace/refund the product. After waiting weeks for that, we had to mail part of the swing back to them (at our expense). Now we're waiting for our refund. In the meantime, we had to buy a new swing (more out-of-pocket for us) while we wait for FP to mail us a refund. We got this swing because it plugged into an outlet! We got tired of changing batteries out of our old one... Our daughter slept in this every day for every nap until she was 6 months old! She refused to sleep anywhere but in this swing, so you can imagine how important this swing became to my family! The mobile is colorful and entertaining for the baby and the music is very soothing. My son (4 months) LOVES this swing. He has gotten into the routine of taking his morning nap in it. When I place him in it, he gets so excited when he sees the animal mobile. I like the option of the four different music settings, one setting being only rainforest noises if I get sick of the other 3 songs. I have three children and have had three different swings with each one. My youngest son is 2 months old and has spent more time in this swing than both of my other 2 would spend in theirs put together.
