I am not overly pleased with this swing
I got this swing for my grandson before he was born. I liked the set up and thought it would be a wonderful thing to use during the day. The swing is ok but there are better. The aquarium is not in his line of sight. He has to tilt his head back to see the aquarium, and because he is only three/four months old, his head gets 'stuck' thus he begins crying because he can't bring his head down again. The piece that hold the aquarium would be better if it were a little longer so little heads could look up easily at it. It does not tilt in any direction but does turn to go from side to side to back and forth but the problem remains that it causes the baby to really look up to observe the aquarium. The other problem is that water leaks into the battery area of swing. I have to dry it out a couple of times per month. Granted, I bought it used from a reputable dealer of gently used baby items, but it is rather frustrating. It plays music as well as sounds like wind and water which is the reason I have kept it. I actually put it by his pack n' play with the aquarium base over it. That way he can see it (which he loves), hear the sounds and not get "stuck". Perhaps in a couple of months when he has more head control we will try it again but for now this how he gets to use his swing. Versatility It has a wide stance and takes up more room than other swings I have used.
