We bought this bouncer seat second-hand, but it was in great condition. I loved this seat so much, except for one BIG problem. The straps were too flimsy and weak, and my son would continuously flop over of the side of the seat. We had another bouncer and it had better straps, wider and higher. So it was a real conflict of whether or not to use it, because the sounds and motion were great, my son absolutely loved that. I love the Fishe Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium Bouncer. I did not have this product until my baby was two months old. Up until then I had no way to put my baby down to go to the bathroom or get a drink or get her bottle. She did not like her swing. We tried two different swings. She would cry the second she was put in there. She would cry when placed on the couch or floor for even two seconds. We already had a bouncer seat when I decided to purchase this one. I knew people who loved it and wanted a second seat for our bathroom. I was sick of having to carry our other seat up and down the stairs. This was the best investment I think I could have made. At 7 months old, my son still sits in this seat every day while I take a bath. He loves watching the bubbles and the music. He was never into vibrations so we do not use that part of the chair but others might like that feature. This is the most bang for your buck when it comes to bouncer seats- music, vibration, lights, movement to watch....

I had not considered buying a bouncer, but when I received two as shower gifts, I figured there must be something to this.  Some of the complaints against this are for the type of toybar, etc.  I have never tried another bouncer, so i can't compare.  But I know that my kids loved this one.  My oldest would sit and watch the little fish and grin at the bubbles.  He loved kicking it to make the noises.  I work at a daycare and also a mom, so therefore i have experience with many bouncer seats. This is a good bouncer but there is one thing i dont like about it and to me it a big thing! The removeable toybar is to low so the kids cannot get to it or play with them! Therefore the kids get mad a frusterated and dont want to be in the bouncer anymore! but anyother bouncer they love to be in when they can see and play with the toybar.

My daughter was only calm in the bouncer when we bounced it. So until they come out with a bouncer that actually BOUNCES, I'm sticking with the swing.

 It was a nice gift, but truthfully I spent more time trying to get her to stop crying long enough to look at the lights and the sounds than it was worth.

This is a great product, I am a mom of five and wish I had this with my first children who were twins. It entertained my babies so well.My last baby like to put his feet on the toy bar. It was easy to move around to different rooms. the only con was that it seemed to go through batteries quickly.
