Pros

    can be used for infants and toddlers, has safety harness for infants, safe, bouncer and rocker in one

Cons
    smaller babies may not reach toybar, is larger than most bouncers

Fisher Price Newborn to Toddler Portable Rocker/Bouncer Seat — 

I recieved this rocker at my baby shower for my second son. (although its the more updated product then pictured) http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-H0640-Fisher-Price-Infant-To-Toddler/dp/B0002ZOI9W

 It's a great durable product. Both boys love it. I actually think my older son gets more use out of than my baby boy, who is almost 5 months..lol I hated how minimal use we got out of the bouncer with my oldest son  because he was such a big baby. I was worried about the same thing with my second. Luckily we found and were given this item. I love that it's made with toddlerhood and siblings in mind.
