The Fisher Price My First Doll House is terrific for toddlers!  It has chunky people who are easy to hold and move around.  It comes with a musical car and 3 people.  The baby was my child's favorite.  The colors are bright and cheerful and the house was just the right size for my little one to navigate and relate to.  I would highly recommend it.
