Never gets old

My son absolutely loves this toy. He received it from a family friend at just a few months old and loved the lights and sounds. He is nearly two now and this is one of the toys he still brings out daily.

This toy is a shining star

There isn't a lot to complain about with this toy. It's great. It's bright and shiny and colorful. More fun than the old - school rings. The music is fun. Every time you slide a star ring down, a little musical sound will play. (Reminds me of how a magical wand should sound.) And then once you top it with the star, a full light display and song will play. My one complaint is that the star will not stay on for anything. It is so flimsy and if the child doesn't set it down hard enough, the music won't play. Quite honestly, although I find it to be a cool toy, I don't know if my children actually play with it anymore than they would the old ring version. So in the end I may not buy this over the ring kind if I could do it over again. It is a cool toy and works well, but I don't think it's the kind of toy to spend more money on for the flashiness.

A fun and musical toy

4

We have both versions of this toy, the original and this version with music. While I prefer the original, my daughter prefers this one. There are star shaped rings instead of circular. There is music that plays when you put on or take off any ring. There is a star topper and under this is a button that will play music. Anytime music plays, there are lights that light up and down the toy. My daughter is fascinated by this toy and the music and lights help keep her interested. This is also a good toy to teach motor skills, like stacking. It also teaches cause and effect. To me there are a few negatives. One is that there is a button that causes the music to play when a ring is taken off or placed on. Because of this, the rings can be hard to take on and off. This is less of a problem as my daughter gets older, but it would cause great frustration when she was younger. Another negative is that the button on the top is very sensitive. That means this toy goes off every time it is knocked over or moved.  Overall my daughter likes this toy so I have to recommend it.

This is a rendition of the Fisher Price Rock-A-Stack. This is a nice little twist. Instead of the rings there are now stars. And there is a star at the top and it can play music when you press it. The music is a bit loud and you can put something over it so that it's more bearable. My child absolutely loves this toy. Each star on the Little Superstar toy is a different color and when a child picks one up, the toy will ask the child questions. My child loves to take the stars out and likes to walk around the carpet with a star. Babies also like to move, do a little jiggle and dance when the music starts to kick in. Inevitably for the younger children this will serve as a method of teething as they will simply grab the stars and put it in their mouth. But later on, they will teethe less and try to figure it out. And with the aid of the voice audio that tries to help them how to plce the stars on the stack, I have to say that I prefer this version over the original non audio ring version.

The Fisher Price Little Superstar stacker is wonderful!

We received the Fisher Price Little Superstar Classical Stacker as a baby shower gift. In the first three months we just pressed down the star on top and let our daughter smile and giggle as the stars flashed and the toy played a song. At about four months of age she started enjoying being able to remove the stars and bang them together. Now at eleven months of age she loves that when she places a star on the post that the post flashes and plays alittle music. She also has figured out how to press the top of the post and make the toy sing a song. We play with the Fisher Price Stacker several times a day and we still have the original batteries in. As a parent I like the size of the stars and that they are easy to clean. We also like that the stars can be places on the post in any order, as this will allow our daughter to learn about how one thing can look several different ways. I have recommended this stacker to several friends.

cute interactive toy even a toddler enjoys!

My son received the Fisher Price Little Super Star Classical Stacker for his first birthday. I was a little skeptical at first because he already has the plain stacking rings, and this seemed like a baby toy. BUT, he has enjoyed it so much! There are four colored see-through star rings (textured too)...yellow, blue, pink, and green. As you pull off or put on each star, it presses a button on the stacker pole that triggers sounds. Then there is a star with a smiley face that you can press onto the top of the stacker, above the stars, and when you push on it it plays classical music. There are 2 different songs that it plays. My son does a great job stacking and un-stacking it. The toy is very cute and keeps him busy, and I love that it is not too loud or annoying. The star falls off very easily when storing the toy, so it never seems to be on the toy when he goes to play with it. In a toy box it would be sure to get lost. All in all, it is a very fun toy!

So cute and sparkly!

The Fisher Price Super Star Stacker Toy is such a cute and colorful addition to your little one's toy collection. With this toy there are four translucent star-shaped rings on a yellow rocking base and a bright yellow friendly-faced star to top it off. When you press the top star the stacker plays a musical tune and lights up along the middle. The light shines through the multicolored translucent star rings for a beautiful rainbow effect. It is truly sparkling! I find the toy as amusing as my baby, I think. It is a bit pricy but like all Fisher Price toys it is ruggedly built to stand the test of time. You can easily save this toy to pass on to other children as they come along in your family. Young ones find the bright sparkly colors attractive and interesting and enjoy knocking at the wobbly base to make it light up and play music. As your little one gets a little older they can play the puzzle of stacking the rings in the correct order to fit the base.

Little Superstar- Great stacking toy

This is a great stacking toy it seems like stacking toys are a classic baby toy that many people have and this is the best stacking toy I have seen yet.  I really like the design of the toy, it has bright colors and the stars that stack are see through so as you put the stars on you can see the lights shine through them. It has a music and lights as the star is stacked on the pole so it keeps babies attention. My baby loves this toy it keeps him interested and he enjoys playing with it. He his 11 months and he every once in awhile can put the star on the pole by himself but usually I have to help him but he likes pushing the button on top to make the music go.  My child has some hearing problems so to make hearing more meaningful to him our hearing specialist suggested getting a toy that had music and was also cause and effect. This includes both of these options in my opion is great for hearing loss or babies without any hearing problems.
