Fisher-Price Little People School Bus —

Toddlers LOVE music. They LOVE cars! Little People's School Bus combines the best of both worlds with the Little People Schools Bus, which is available in a lovely orange color or pink option.

What Is It?

It's a small bus for Little People characters that includes an open roof and two usable, movable doors on the side and the back. It comes with 3-4 characters, including one Little People character in a wheel chair. As your child moves the bus, the characters move along with it. Press the driver down and you get one of four animations:

- Honk
- Lights Flashing
-Phrase from Driver
- Delightful "Stop and Go" song (if you have multiple Little People vehicles, this tune will become familiar)

How Do Kids Like It?

My kids love it. It's one of the few toys that they both use on a consistent level. The Little People characters have since been lost into the depths that is our toy box, but they still enjoy packing it with anything, including a My Little Pony, Barbie and Hot Wheels cars. The flashing lights and songs delighted my daughter during her fussy infant periods while getting her toddler brother up and dancing.

How Do I Like It?

I think this toy is really cute. I enjoy how easy it is for the kids to play together or even play individually. We have both the original look and the pink bus, but both have some issues. The side door on both has a tendency to come off without much of a problem, and thus far we haven't had the time to come up with a solution. If it pops off, one of the kids will just come crying to use to pop it back on.

I will say this: my son has had his school bus for at least two years now. He has played with it nearly every day for what seems to be hours. He loves pushing on the driver and getting the music to play - knowing this, we have NEVER had to change the batteries.

Summary

This is one toy you won't regret owning. It's fun for you and for your kids. The songs can get a little old, but you know what? The batteries last for a long time and your kids are happy without being destructive. What could be better?
