I was plesantly surprised with this monitor. After looking at numerous brands, I settled for the Fisher Price Light and Sounds Monitor. The price was more than resonable. Set up is a breeze, no fuss. Battery life has been fantastic and having the ac adapter makes it that much nicer. I haven't experienced any static or interference. And you can literally hear a pin drop in the room the monitor is set up in. I LOVE this product and would suggest it to anyone.
