Most HelpfulI wanted to get my little one a toy that could help him pull up and stand. His first birthday was at the time just a few days away. So a month before his birthday we all went out to Toys R Us to see what he would like. I was alittle upset because there were many toys that I wanted to get him. But I knew they would fall once he tried to use them to stand. My little boy also likes toys that make music or talk. I found many little toys to get him. BUT I wanted one that he could pull himself up and that he could walk around the toy. I saw this house and after looking at the picture on the box I pulled...
review »The Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Learning Home is a great toy. My brother gave it to my baby daughter for Christmas. She began playing with it at about 6 months old. At that age, she was just sitting up. She loved to sit in front of the toy and play with the balls, "mail," and shapes that came with it.
My daughter is now almost a year old and still loves this toy. She walks around it and has learning to do almost all the activities. She has tired of many of the toys that she has had for a while, except this one and the Learning Table (from the same collection).
My brother bought this toy...
review »I got this for my daughter almost five years ago. She loved it and played with it more than any other toy. It taught her a lot through the songs it plays and things it says such as open and close, up and down, etc. She played with it til about 4 years old. We pulled it back out last year for my son who is now 2. He loves it as well. he loves closing the door, flipping the lights on and off, and singing along with all the songs. The only downside is, if you get a lot of the laugh and learn toys, you pretty much hear that same woman's voice singing the same songs on all of them so you could...
review »We have had this toy through both of our children and I really do love it. It has an off switch (which any toy that comes with an off option is a god send in my opinion), it's relatively quiet so it's something you can bring with you places and not disturb everyone in a mile radius, and it's educational. It has lots of different options of play so it doesn't get old quickly (number, letters, music, sounds) and the screen dances along or shows the number/letter to help children recognize the corresponding name to shape.
Great educational toy but neither one of my kids looked at it as a realistic...
review »The Playskook Laugh N Learn Playhouse is definitely worth the price tag associated with it. We purchased this toy four years ago for our now four year old son. As soon as he was able to crawl he would push his way through the little door and squeal with laughter when the songs would play. Up and down with the little window, spinning the flower, turning the numbers on the top of the house, pushing all the buttons on the radio, turning from night and day with the sun and moon, ringing the doorbell, making the light flicker on and off, checking the mail...and so much more! Our son absolutely loved...
review »The Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Learning Home was a Christmas gift for my first daughter back in 2005. Even at just 7 months old, my daughter loved this toy. While she couldn't do a whole lot with it at first, she liked chewing on the plastic letters, shapes, and balls that come with it, and laughing when I'd make the various sounds on the house go off for her.
Flash forward 4 years. We now have 2 daughters, ages 2 and 4, and this toy remains a favorite in our house. While just about every other toy they've had gets broken or forgotten about, this one continues to be played with. The girls love...
review »My daughter received the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Learning Home toy for her first birthday from my sister in law. She has LOVED it from day one. Initially, she just enjoyed opening and closing the door and crawling through it. She also like the "mail". She enjoys the music and loves pressing the buttons on the radio. She is now 18 months old and still really enjoys this toy. She looks for the key to open the door and will grab any keys when the right one is not in sight. She also loves to talk about the features on the toy (light, on, off, etc.). We have had several children over who also...
review »My daughter got this as a gift for her first birthday and loved it from the moment it entered our house. Still loves playing with it after 6 months.
There are so many great aspects of this toy. My daughter loved the door which is easy to climb in and out. Many doors on other toys I have encountered are difficult for the children to get in/out without help. Not this one.
There are also many easy to reach buttons to press which turn on all different music which my daughter really liked to listen to. I also liked the idea that you can switch the off button to disable the music. There is a music element...
We just purchased the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Learning Home for our 9 month old daughter last weeked and she absolutly loves it. It was very easy to assemble, it only took about 30 minutes. As soon as we put her in front of it she immediatly started turning the light switch on and off. We bought this because of the many educational features such as the dual shape sorters, the little radio, clock and the house numbers. Plus it's just so cute. It also teaches cause and effect such as when I ring the doorbell she is learning to open the door to look and see who is there, I open the window...
review »I BOUGHT THE Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Learning Home A VERY LONG TIME AGO, WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS ABOUT 6 MONTHS OLD. SHE IS NOW 18 MONTHS AND STILL HAS A BLAST WITH IT. THIS IS A TOY THAT YOUR CHILD WILL GROW WITH AND LEARN WITH. IT PLAYS MUSIC, HAS SHAPE SORTING, AND YOUR CHILD CAN CRAWL THROUGH THE DOOR TO THE OTHER SIDE. NOW SHE RINGS THE BELL AND PEEPS HER HEAD THROUGH AND SAYS "HELLO". ITS LIKE SHE PLAYS HOUSE WITH IT AND GETS A KICK OUT OF IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE IT HAS GOTTEN A LOT OF USE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN I LOST A COUPLE OF PIECES IT WAS EASY...
review »The Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Learning Home is amazing. This is a great toy. I bought it for my 11 month old niece and she loves it. I thought that it would be a good learning tool for her but it has turned out to be much more than that. My six year old son and my other nieces (ages 2 and 7 years old) and nephews (ages 3, 5 and 10 years old) get hours of enjoyment out of it too. It keeps the 11 month old occupied for hours. It songs different songs which the kids love to dance to and even sing along. The door bell and sqeeking door is a big hit, she will crawl back and forth through the door...
