Good for little ones!

4

The Laugh and Learn 2-in-1 Learning Kitchen is great for little ones! I wouldn't recommend using it past the age of eighteen or so months, as your toddler will destroy it very quickly. My daughter is much taller than the Learning Kitchen so she has to bend down or sit to play with the Kitchen, which I feel like is hindering her walking development.

Fisher Price Learning Kitchen is a great toy

4

We bought the Fisher Price Learning Kitchen after we had purchased the Fisher Price Learning Home. There are a lot of similarities. There is a refrigerator that opens and closes. There is a shape sorter. There is a little over that opens and closes. There is a frying pan that you can place on the stove and it makes sizzling sounds. There is also a light that turns on and off. It is a cute toy, but my kids seemed to gravitate more towards the Learning House. If I had to choose between the two toys I would pick the house over the kitchen, but it is still a great toy, too. There is also a sink as well that makes sounds when you turn the nozzle up or down.

Great toy for toddler

This was a great toy purchase for my son. He got this when he was around 18 months old and loved playing with it, even when he got older years later. Among the many fun features were opening/closing the fridge door, turning the light switch on/off, the radio playing music when turning the knob, opening the oven door, and turning the water faucet on/off. There also is a spinning number roller above the oven which plays music. Tons of excitement for my son. In addition, he enjoyed dropping the balls into the sink which come out the bottom and putting the different shapes into the slots on the archway. Lastly, he also enjoyed going through the doorway would make music/sound, cooking on the stovetop to make pot noises, and playing with the clock to manipulate the hands. In sum, tons of entertainment for a toddler and great overall value.

The Fisher Price laugh and learn 2 in1 kitchen is a great toy for helping toddlers reach their milestones. My little girl got it for her first birthday and she wasn't walking or pulling up or crawling, now she is 13 months and crawling and pulling up on everything. It has so many interesting things on it she wants to check it all out and figure it out. It is very sturdy and well built. I love the toy my self i think it's awesome how far toys have came.

Cute, but not a great deal to do

We bought this kitchen set for our daughter's first Christmas, knowing that she was a bit young to actually use it at the time (she was only 3 1/2 months old).  Soon enough, though, she started sitting up and was very into it.  Her little eyes would light up at the sound of the music and songs, and she figured out how to open and close the refrigerator and oven doors.  She still does play with this toy to this day, but does not really go near the "living room" side, as there are hardly any activities to do on that side of the toy.  I was a bit disappointed with how many activities there are overall, but it is a cute learning toy, as it does focus on opposites (telling you when lights are on/off, door is open/closed, up/down, etc.).  It makes noises and sings songs that my daughter seems to like and also has counting sounds as well as the ABCs.  She loves the fact that when she crawls/crouches down and goes over the plastic "rug", sounds and music come on.  I do not think, as the manufacturer suggests, that this toy is appropriate for children up to three years old.  I believe that children that age will get very bored with this item, as there really is not too much to keep a three year old busy, and I have been working with children of all ages and abilities for over fifteen years.

Learning Kitchen is very educational

My daughter got my son the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn 2 in 1 Learning Kitchen when he was born.  We've had to wait to use it until he got a little older.  He is now 3 months old and still not using the kitchen to it's full benefits, but he already is enjoying watching his sister play with it and showing him all the ammenities it has.  The kitchen is packed with lots of fun and learning activities.  It has English and Spanish words, counting, alphabet, colors, sounds, etc.  It comes with some play food that act as shape sorters for hand eye coordination activiites.  There are lots of fun musical songs as well.  There are so many things to do on this toy that I"m sure I haven't explored all of them yet.  I love how the toy completely interacts with the child for many hours of fun.  It even entertains my 6 year old as she figures out all of the different things that it does to show her little brother.  I was a little shocked by the price tag, but it does have a ton of features and lots of learning, so it is worth it.

Love this fun Kitchen!

We got this kitchen for my son for Christmas when he was 7 months old. He has loved it from day one! I am so glad we got it for him! He will play with it and the toys it comes with for a long, long time. He loves the songs. There are tons of songs to choose from and different settings. Every button does multiple things. It is the perfect toy for babies once they can sit. If they can't sit, they will get frustrated and pull in down upon themselves. There are many parts that move for the baby to explore. The oven door opens, the clock turns, the switch and faucet go on and off, the burner sizzles and the foods on the back turn. I love this product so much that I am going to be getting more toys from this collection ASAP.

Kids love it!!

Great educational and creative play toy! Both my 1 and 3 year old love it! We purchased this for our youngest child when he was 9 months old. He loved it then and at age 3 he still plays with it. He loves helping mom "cook" while I'm cooking dinner. Many functions and a music and learning mode. Loves the music mode for fun play time. Learning mode teaches numbers, words, and much more. Our 1 year old loves this also and both kids play together with this often. It's a great way to have them play together. Love that it's educational as well as fun. Battery life is good. Lights turn off automatically after awhile so they don't burn out the batteries. Two sides of activities for even more fun. Highly recommended!

Laugh and Learn Kitchen is a GREAT toy!!

The Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Kitchen is an absolutely wonderful toy and I highly recommend for any young child! My daughter still loves this kitchen at sixteen months, and has been using it since seven months. This toys biggest negative is the cost. It is pretty expensive, but I truely believe it was worth every penny spent. I love that there is so many activities on it to do and so many different songs and noises to entertain my daughter. My daughter is very interested in all of the functions this kitchen offers. She especially loves to open and close the refridgerator door, the oven and turns on and off the faucet. She likes that there are so many noises and songs that play a lot too. I like that there are different settings for play time, music time and learning. This toy is very bright and colorful, which also attracts her attention. This is a very wonderful toy - both fun and educational for little ones. I would highly recommend this toy!!!

my nieces all love this fisher price kitchen

I got my daughter this kitchen for christmas.  She is now six months old.  She can't sit up yet all the way so she hasn't really played with it much.  I have sat her in front of it and she was very intrigued by all of the sounds and noises and songs.  She really liked it.  What was surprising about this though is how much my 3,4,and six year old nieces loves this baby kitchen.  I was amazed.  I got it for my daughter figuring she would play with it in a few months when she got a little bigger and could sit unassisted.  My nieces all came over and they had a hay day playing with this kitchen.  They were taking other play food baby toys and cooking, baking cookies, washing dishes, playing restaurant, and going on and on.  I couldn't believe they liked this baby toy so much.  It provided them with a few hours of entertainment.  They are a little rough so I was worried they would break it but it held up well.
