I purchased the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn 2-in-1 Learning Kitchen when my daughter was one year old. She had received the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Learning House when she was nine months old and she absolutely loved it. I bought the Kitchen without question. She never was interested in the kitchen. It is very limited to the things that you can do with it. The kitchen came with three shapes and a pot and spoon. Your child can crawl or walk through the doorway, open the refrigerator, turn the sink on and pretend to cook on the stove. I had a problem with the stove door coming open constantly which drove my daughter crazy. She always wanted it closed. The batteries seemed to run out quickly. It does make noises such as it sounds like water running when you move the faucet or when you put the pot on the stove but not enough to keep her interest. I have loved Fisher Price since I was a kid and I really don't have any complaints with this toy just not nearly as many things to do. I would just describe it as average. If I were to choose, I would definitely pick the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn House over the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn 2-in-1 Learning Kitchen.
