This is the sweetest toy for babies and toddlers. It teaches them but also is great for cuddling.

When my 1st son was born I received this toy at my baby shower. I figured it'd be another one of those ''annoying'' toys that had no purpose and just made noise. When he was only a month old, I played with this dog next to him and he was intrigued the entire time. When he was very small and could not handle it himself, it was one of the toys that was calming to him and that made him smile. As he grew and could handle it himself, it entertained him still. When he began talking, this toy helped him with learning the parts of the body. This dog not only sings, but when you squeeze each body part, it will tell you what it is. A great learning tool. When I had a second child, this toy STILL worked! It never seemed to die or run low on battery life. Until I passed it along to a friend, it never ran dead. I would say this was one of my favorite toys to sing and dance to with my children but one of the better teaching toys I have seen.

This is a fun, interactive toy that both of my girls love! The music is entertaining, and not annoying, like most toys. It's soft enough that the baby can play with it in her crib to help her fall asleep. It cleans up well also, with just a warm waschloth and a little dish soap.

The Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Puppy was one of my daughter's first "favorite" toys. It is an early learning toy and it says different things or plays different music for each part that you squeeze, such as blue hand, yellow foot, ear, etc. This toy always had my daughter up and dancing on all fours before she could walk. This is a great product overall.

My niece and my son both love this dog! Able to teach them and keep them occupied while I plan for the day. He talks to them interacting with my son and niece teaching them body parts and listening skills. My niece definitely started listening more and I can hear her laughing in the playroom. My son is very young and still learning, but he enjoys getting to play with a fun bright toy that he doesn't realize is teaching him.

I believe this is the very first toy our kid had and it looks like every kid has one too! I recommend this for Millions of Reasons! HA! First, this is one toy any kid can have at day one and will be enjoying for years. Very bright colors to introduce them about it. The sound quality is good too. Learns about basic body parts; different nursery rhymes and most of all the feeling how to hug and take care of someone like a puppy. We got the one with the heart on it and everytime you press it, it says "iloveyou" and with that kids learn how to say it too. Isn't it amazing. We have this one for years now and can be pass on to the rest of family and new kids. Must have!

I bought this for my grand-daughter for Christmas and I am so happy with it. The dog is so soft and loveable and it teaches them at the same time. I love the fact that they are learning so much while they are playing. My grand-daughter is 10 months old and holds it and tries to eat the various parts of the dog but her eyes just light up when you push the body part and it tell her what body part it is. The older she gets I am sure she will love it more as she will be able to push the body part herself and hear what it is. She also takes the bear to bed with her and it takes the place of a "normal" teddy bear or other stuffed animal that other kids take to bed with them.

My daughter loves this dog, she wants to take it every where with her. Most little toys have only a handful of phrases. This dog however has more than that. Songs that I could not remember fully from my childhood are sung by this dog, and now I am able to sing a long with my daughter., The dog is not annoying like I have read some places. I do like my daughter to be able to have noise if she wants though. So if you do not like to hear Head Shoulders Knees and Toes ALOT, then this dog is not for you!!! LOL.
