I wanted desperately to keep the two bouncers I had with my son, even though he had grown out of them, for a future baby. My daughter has used this seat since she was only a week old. When she was still very small, she liked to fall asleep in the chair at night before I would put her in the bassinet. When she got a little bigger the mobile became so much fun to play with. The colors are very bright and they kept her attention in the mornings while I was getting ready for work. I like that the mobile is easy to remove -- sometimes it seemed like she got a little upset if it was attached for long periods of time. I think it just overstimulated her.

 I love that this chair has grown with my child.  As a new parent there are so many times when you have to decide is it worth it to buy this for my child? How long before they outgrow it?  Well, you don't have to worry about that with this chair my now 2yr. old still uses it.  It can be stationary or a rocker.  There is a toy bar for younger children with a safety belt.  As your child goes you can tuck the safety belt behind the chair and pop the toy bar off.  My child loves to sit in it and watch movies.  It seems to be comfortable but could probably use more padding.  The cost was reasonable...
