My three year old got this fo his birthday this year.  He adores it.  I likes to play animal doctor as well as Dieago with it.  It has given him a way to interact with both his brother and me in an imaginative way.   The only problem we have with it is that he runs the little watch/hearing aid batteries down listening to the song.  It's not as easy to replace those as AA batteries.
