Fisher-Price Galloping Fun Jumperoo

Fisher Price Jumperoo is so much fun for any baby.

I got this bouncy horse when my first child was about 8 months old. He is five years old now and his younger brother and sister used it also. They would bounce sometimes until they would fall asleep, which was very funny to see. There are little buttons on the sides that make little horse noises and galloping sounds. It also adjusts as your child gets older and still likes to bounce. It is very easy to clean. Everything comes off and can be thrown into the washer machine. I do not think I would have made it as a young mother without this jumperoo. it is definitely a must have.

Super cute but not much for the little one to do.

This is very cute but not much to do. I purchased this for my first born because I thought it was so cute. He had a desert themed room so this was perfect. However it didn't keep his interest long. It makes galloping noises, neighs, and plays music when the baby jumps. It also has an option to play continuous music. It has "reins" with a wagon wheel, star, etc for the baby to play with but that's about the extent of it. Our son grew bored of this fairly quickly. I actually ended up buying another jumperoo that had lights, music, and more activities for our 2nd child. That kept their interest much longer. The thing i really like about the horse is that it's lower to the ground and we have short kids. So they are able to use it sooner than any of the other jumperoos I have seen. Also it is very cute and the kids love it for awhile but it doesn't hold their interest for long. I now have two and we switch between them to keep their interest.

The reason my daughter was nicknamed bouncy-bouncy!

This is one of the best purchases I made for my child. We definitely got our money's worth and some great memories and moments from watching her in this galloping jumper.  The galloping fun jumperoo has three settings for your growing baby, and has the cutest sounds that are adjustable and motion controlled. There is even a setting to turn off the motion control if you want. But for us, this was the best part, because our daughter would be still and then from nowhere she would hear the galloping horse and she would start jumping again and laughing. She loved it very much, so much, that our family and friends named her bouncy-bouncy because even when she wasn't on this jumper, that's all she wanted to do. I do think that she outgrew it quite quickly, mainly because the height settings are very close to each other, so I do wish she would've been able to use it for 2 more months or so because she enjoyed it so much. It also did takea lot of space and we found that it was just better to leave it open since folding it up didn't really fix the space problem and was more of a hazard.  Overall this is a wonderful product that I still have stashed away, ready for my next one :)

hilarious fun for you and kids

I didn't think this jumperoo would be as great as it is!?! My daughter is four and half months and she loves to sit in this. Because of the springiness of the seat she is able to make herself bounce but not too much. I have a 2 year old boy who likes to help her bounce which is the only downfall of the jumper. I have to be inches away if my son is around her while she is in it. I do like the fact that she can lean back and still enjoy sitting in it too. I think the horse's head is a bit in the way for babies if they are trying to look around but it also makes for a fun peek a boo item for the kids to play around which sets my daughter in hysterics. I definitely believe this item is worth and money to have and we are now on the second round using it. It lasted for both kids and will definitely be able to use again for any other children. That is one thing that I love about Fisher-Price items. There is barely any wear and tear on the item so if I want to keep it it looks great or I would even be able to pass it on for someone to borrow or re-sale!

my daughter really likes this fisher price jumperoo

My daughter just turned six months old.  We bought this fisher price jumperoo a long time ago, and have just had it sitting in the box waiting for her to be old enough to use it.  We put it together, which wasn't too bad but was kind of rediculous.  She has played in it several times now and she really likes it.  The only drawback is that she has reflux so when she bounces a lot she throws up but that is not the toys fault it is just what happens when your baby has refux.  It has cute animal horse sounds.  It also bounces very easily, she can just barely move her feet and she moves around.  It is freestanding which is nice so you can put her in it and know she is safe not stuck in a door way somewhere or somewhere she could fall down.  She has short legs and a long torso, but even she can reach the floor with her little baby feet.  I wish there was one setting shorter though I think she would have an easier time with one setting shorter.

Jumperoo--Baby's Favorite Toy!

4

I was so excited to find this particular Jumperoo because it's nice colors that go with my living room, instead of the bright blue and green most large baby toys seem to be. With my first child, we had a Jumperoo in those colors, and I put up with it because it was given to us and my son love it so much! Unlike other big "toys" for little ones to use once they become more active than newborns (for my boys, this has been 3-4 months) because the back goes fairly high. I also like this for my second child, because unlike other similar toys (Exersaucer or walker, for instance) there's more of a barrier to keep the baby away from his toddler brother! The sounds aren't as annoying as some kids' toy sounds, and they're easy to turn off. My son seems to understand that when he bounces, he hears the horsie sounds, and he already bounces to hear them and smiles when he does (he's not quite 4 months old). It does take up a lot of space, but it does somewhat collapse, and you can easily clip more toys onto the little toys that are already there. Since my boys are tall, they have been able to start using this toy around 3 months, which is the earliest I'd think any baby would be ready for such a toy, but there's less bounce the higher you set the height, so for mine, it got to be less fun for them earlier than the shorties; it still has more bounce than a Jonny-Jump-Up, though, and it's safer since it doesn't rely on a door frame.

best jumperoo ever

Just thinking about this jumperoo puts a big smile on my face. My daughter would jump for ever in this little thing and just giggle her heart out, her giggle would become contagious! It played either a song or a galloping and horsing neighing sound. It got out some of her energy and helped work build her muscles in her legs. Often she would jump so much she would soon fall asleep in her jumperoo! She had spilled things on it, and it wipes up very easily. Great quality as my other children have been rough housing and ran into it and knocked it over on my hardwood floor and it didn't break at all. I have heard many people talk about the cost of the jumperoo as a con, however if you saw how much joy it brought your child I do not think cost would be that much of a factor. It is deffinetly worth every penny you spend on it. If I had to say anything "con" wise about it, it would be that my daughter has started to tottle around and no longer gets in because she is constantly wanting to be down so she can run around!

One of our favorite things to do!

I absolutely love this and so does my son. It is so adorable and the sounds are hilarious to listen to while baby is jumping. We received this from my niece and now my son is using it so it's a great unisex toy. My son loves to bounce and this provided the perfect outlet for him. It has 3 height settings which are perfect. My son started on the lowest setting at about 5 months and we are just now adjusting it to level 2 at 10 months. He is still able to use it so we have gotten quite a bit of use from it so far. The neighing of the horses and the galloping are great to go along with the horse. There are 2 volume settings for it or you can turn it off completely. You will want to make sure it's turned off when the baby is out. Otherwise the sound will continue regardless of whether they are jumping or not :) This is great for helping them with leg strength and also keeps babies entertained. It's pretty easy to clean and the seat comes out to be washed. I would say that the only downsize, is it's size. It takes up quite a bit of space and doesn't really fold up very well. But I still would not trade it for anything. This is great.

Great for any infant who wants to jump

4

I recently purchase this jumperoo for my daughter who couldn't get enough jumping.  She has a standard exerisaucer but she loves to jump so we purchased this for her to jump around in. it is so cute since it looks like  horse and makes noises and plays songs as your little one jumps.  I like this product but didn't like how the only thing your child can see when sitting in it is the back of the horse head. Also there is really nothing to keep a child entertained expect bouncer. The music is cute but can get annoying after a short time. Also beware that the weight limit is only 25lbs. some infant are larger like mine and this won't last her too long and it wasnt cheap. The seat cover is pretty easy to take off and clean.  Overall I wouldn't buy this product again, I would have purchased a jumper with more activity for my daughter to play with and maybe something that would last longer with the weight limit since I think she will be out of it due to the weight limit soon.
