Got this for my 3 1/2 year old for the educational value. Its turned out to be fantastic. It holds his attention longer than anything else we've ever had. Plus, the exercise is a bonus. The battery life isn't too bad.  We have 5 games and unfortunately, one stopped working within a month of average use.  My 6 year old and 8 year old want to take turns as well. Its well worth the money.
