Elmo Phone, not quite saticfied.....

    colors, strong, Small, Portable, Durable

Cons
    Ive had to return too many times now..., too soft to hear

I bought the Fisher Price Elmo Phone for my  first grand daughter at the mall, it seemed to work well but when we got home it seemed as tho the batteries wee dying so I replaced w/ new ones, but to our saddened suprise, the sound never returned as it was when we first bought it. This happened 2 times and so Im on my 3rd return and emailing Fisher Price. I was actually happy, but sad, to hear this has happened to others.
