Fisher Price Deluxe Little People Nativity Set

Fisher Price, the company that brought us the classic Little People Bus has created the Deluxe Little People Nativity, a nativity that kids can play with for years. 

Our nativity set is my most cherished Christmas decoration.  It reminds our family and our guests that the birth of Jesus is the reason for the Christmas season.  My own nativity set is ceramic and was given to me by grandmother so it is very special to me.  At my house special plus fragile equals "hands off."  I am glad that Fisher Price has a created a nativity just for kids that they can touch, play with and enjoy as they reenact the Christmas story.

All of the figures in the Little People Deluxe Nativity Set are made from that soft, squeezable plastic that is virtually unbreakable and safe for young children.  The deluxe set features 18 pieces including a creche' which is six inches tall.  The creche' has a star on top that lights up and it plays "Away in a Manger." 

The Fisher Price Deluxe Little People Nativity states that it is for infants through age six but I can attest that even older children still enjoy playing with it. 

You can find the Fisher Price Deluxe Little People Nativity Set at toy store likes Toys R Us or wherever Fisher Price toys are sold or at Christian gift stores like New Life Christian Stores or of course on line. 

Fisher Price Little People also has The Lil' Drummer Boy Set and the Lil' Shepherds set. 

My Viewpoint:
The Fisher Price Deluxe Little People Nativity set is a great learning toy that helps children reenact the story of Jesus birth.  It is well designed and well made and will last for years and years of play.

Good review. I have a friend at church and she has 2 granddaughters (3 and 8). The oldest was always getting mad because the youngest would move the nativity set around and always took the baby Jesus and hid him. My friend told me she needed to find a set that her granddaughter could play with before she accidentally broke a piece to the more expensive set. I will pass this review on to her! ~Gigi
