We loved the Fisher-Price Papasan Cradle Swing!  It has so many options to accomodate whatever mood your child is in...soothing sounds and slow speed for napping and soothing and faster speeds and music for playing!  The motor is extremely quiet and you can hardly tell it's on when it's running (except...

I got a cheap swing for use at home, but when I went to my parents' house to visit, we borrowed a lot of baby stuff from a friend, including the pricey Fisher-Price Papasan Cradle Swing. I loved the fact that it had the capability of swinging side to side or forward/ backward like usual swings, but the...

We received the papasan seat as gift before our daughter was born.  She was in that little seat the day she came home from the hospital and everyday after until she was able to sit up very strongly (around 5-6mo.)  Once she could sit up, she still liked sitting in her chair, but could potentially fall out, so my sitting right next to her at every moment didn't last too long.  :)

I found the papsan to be a lifesaver!  She could sit in it so I could take a quick shower (something all new moms know is hard to come by), and I could pick her up in and and easily move it from room to room.  I enjoyed...

I purchased this swing because it looked like it would be very comfortable for my baby.  I have not been impressed with this swing.  My baby is 2 months old and still does not fit in the seat very well.  The seat is too deep and he slumps.  I have tried using pillows to prop him but it really does not help.  The swing does not move smoothly and is a little jerky.  I also have found the motion to be noisy.   It is not easy to fold up as there is a little button you have to push to move the legs.  The button is small and not easy to get to.  The nature sounds are beautiful and can be very... read full review »

I asked for, and received, this swing at my baby shower. It worked very well for about eight months, when the motor went. To be honest, we used it practically every day. My daughter loved the lights and the images that float overhead. When the motor did fail, fisher price sent me a check for what they deemed to be the price -- remember, it was a gift, I had no receipt. They sent me a check for 138 dollars. I went right out and bought myself another one. I honestly love this swing and all of its features!!!!

This is a great swing.  We decided to purchase a new swing (this one) for our second daughter.  Unfortunately, she only used it a few times for a couple minutes each time...she hated it!  But that had nothing to do with the swing she just wanted to be held constantly!  Although we only used it a few times we probably changed the batteries as many times as we used it! When you use all the features at once it drains the batteries EXTREMELY fast!

Before i was even pregnant i fell in love with this swing. its just adorable. I registered for the Fisher Price Baby Papasan Cradle Swing and set it up as soon as i got it home.
My son loved everything about it. The swing goes side to side and front to back. Also has a few music choices. I had the yellow one so there were bees on the top of mine to spin and leaves that go up and down. It was a great product. I plan on using it again with our next baby.

I loved this swing! The music it plays it not too loud and the kids loved it.  I have twins so it kept one occupied while i took care of the other one.  The rocking motion often put the boys to sleep.  It was like another set of hands for me.  I would recommend this to all new mothers.

As a first-time parent, I bought a lot of things my daughter didn't really need, but the Fisher Price Baby Papasan Cradle Swing was not one of them.

My daughter is now three.  I miss the compact and portable baby stage, but most of all I miss the peace and quiet I received whenever I'd put her in this swing.  It was magic.  She'd take long naps in it or just hang out and contendely swing from side to side.

The swing seat itself adjusts so that baby can sit up or recline and also turns 90 degrees to swing baby back and forth instead of from side to side.  The seat cover comes off rather easily...

A swing was the last big thing that we purchased for our baby.  I was hesitant to get one before he was born because they are costly and I was afraid that he wouldn't even like it.  Babies can be tempermental.

So when our son was a few weeks old and we were desperate for sleep, we took a trip to Babies R Us one night and "test drove" the swings they had in stock.  We picked out a few that we liked and put him in them to see how he reacted.  In the end, we liked the papasan style swing that Fisher Price offered.  We were about to buy the Little Lamb swing which was about $150 when we decided...

We received our Fisher Price Papasan Cradle Swing as a baby shower gift. For us it was a real lifesaver, and we spent many nights on the floor by the swing napping during the early months rather than in the glider chair rocking our son all night. It also gave us a safe and comforting place for him to hang out while we cooked, cleaned, and did other things around the house.  We never did buy one of those baby bouncer seats. It is yellow and green which seem to be the universal color scheme if you want somthing for a boy or a girl. This style of swing offers extra cushy support for baby's neck,... read full review »

This swing was a god send for me.  The swing comes with 2 positions for the seat, slightly sitting and fully reclined plus it swings in 2 different directions!  Being a mom to 3 little girls this swing came in handy.  I did not have the pleasure of having this swing for my first child but I did have it for my other 2.

It was great!  Depending on my daughter's mood I could change the way she was swinging.  The music was a great touch and it has multiple speeds so you can get a good rhythm going for your little one.

As with any swing the base is wide so it does take up room.  Runs on...

We bought this swing because it was on sale.  We wouldn't have paid full price for it but definitely feel like we got a good deal on sale.  The cradle swivels so that it swings both side to side and front to back.  This is good for variety in case the baby gets tired of one particular direction.  Our child also loves the mobile that goes around.  Finds the spinning bees very fascinating and the music soothing.  He also likes looking at himself in the reflective underside.  He falls asleep almost every time when we put him in this.  Comes with a good head support to fit infants of any size. ...

Fisher Price's Nature's Touch Papasan Cradle Swing was a lifesaver for me.  My daughter was a colicky, fussy baby and it was very difficult to get her to calm down and relax.  But five minutes in this swing and she would be content and soon lulled into sleep.  She loved looking up at the mirror and at the little characters from the time I brought her home from the hospital -- and she was soothed by the music and nature sounds.  When she was very little I'd drape a receiving blanket to slow down the speed a bit and it worked like a charm.  The seat is very soft and cozy and cradled her beautifully. ...

We bought this swing secondhand, in great condition. Our baby girl loves it. She loves to watch the birds flutter up and down and it's great for getting her to sleep when nothing else will.

The nuetral colors of this swing make it great to fit a variety of Decor. One problem with thi swong is though it was advertise as having six speeds it really only has six clicks on the dial, they all go the same speed. When she was a newborn it swung very very fast. I later found out they suggest draping a blanket from the bottom to slow down the swing when it has a newborn in it.

We really liked that this...
