Great swing.. lifesaver for my baby.. he is 5 months and still using this swing.. the bad news is the motor gave out on us, the good news is we called fisher price and they were more than happy to replace it within one year of purchase. So I do agree that there can be mechanical issues, but with great customer service, I can overlook!
