Fisher Price Baby Papasan Cradle Swing —

When I was looking for a swing for my baby, I wanted something that was a name brand and of course safe, but I also wanted something that would go with our decor as the swing was to go in our living room for the next year. I had a hard time finding one that fit my specifications, until I found the Nature's Touch swing.

The Pros:

  1. Great colors. Should fit in with a wide variety of decors. Does not scream LOOK AT ME(like most bright colored baby gear does.)
  2. Very nice fabrics. In fact, I would LOVE to sit in this swing, too.
  3. The moving mobile and music keeps babies entertained. You can turn on each feauture seperately, if you like, independant of the swing.
  4. Has 2 positions, a reclining and an upright position. The reclining position is great for newborns, and until your baby can hold his head upright.

The Cons:

  1. Kind of loud, but I don't know if there is anything quieter. It makes a tick tock sound as it swings back and forth.
  2. ONLY takes batteries, which means it eats them up fast, if you use it every day like we do. I recommend getting rechargeable batteries(they take 4 D's.)

Overall a great item! Our baby will sometimes only fall asleep in this swing, so it is a huge sanity saver late at night!
