Fisher Price Baby Papasan Cradle Swing —

I was blessed with a very crabby baby. After many days and nights without rest, we decided to try the Fisher Price Baby Papasan Cradle Swing. It was a life saver. I was able to set our baby down and clean the house, make dinner, etc. I wish that the cradle itself was a little more comfortable. The cover did not add much cushion to the hard plastic body. I also had a very hard time taking the cover on and off. It seemed like the cover was too small to go over the plastic body. I liked that the cradle could change swinging directions. This was helpful in small rooms. The swing is very big and does take up quite a bit of space. We also had trouble with the leg supports becoming loose and making awful creaking noises. My husband had to tighten or realign them frequently after about 2 months of use. Sadly, after 3 months of using the swing, the motor burned out and would no longer make the swing motion. We used the swing a lot, but I don't think it should have broken so quickly. I would buy the swing again for the convenience and service it provides, but maybe not this brand. I would also buy a swing with electric outlet capabilities, otherwise you will spend a fortune on batteries.
