This was by far one of my favorite baby items. It worked perfectly from birth for those many nights when the baby just did not want to sleep. It definitely saved my sanity some nights and days too! She loved this swing from the week after we brought her home from the hospital until she outgrew it. That is my only complaint - many swings seem to work better for older children, and while I loved that this swing worked as a newborn, I could have used a different swing when she got a little older. Overall, though, it was a life saver.
