Fisher Price Digital Baby Monitor

The Fisher Price Wireless Digital Baby Monitor is a pretty good product that you can get for a reasonable price. It comes with 2 receivers, so you can use one in the bedroom for overnight, and use one downstairs for when you are up but the baby is asleep. It doesn't come with all of the bells and whistles that some of the baby monitors now have, but i don't think you really need all of that stuff. I don't see the need for a camera, because if the baby starts to cry you don't need to see it, you can hear it. There are a few issues with it. It will pick up interference some of the time which... review »

I purchased this moniter setv about 3 years ago for my first son. I didnt have much use for it because we shared a bedroom so I never really used it. Now that my second son is here, we use this moniter daily and I can not say enough good things about it! I love how on my sons side it has a little touch pad night light, that is very convienent. Then in my bedroom during the night even if the moniter is set to low and I can not hear him that well I can always see the lights moving around in tune with any noise that is being made. It is very sensitive and I can watch the lights moving in tune to my...

I bought this about a year ago and had heard great things about it. It was great for the first few months. Then after about 4 months the monitor started picking up static. I couldnt go out my front door or i would loose the signal all together. Then the cord started acting up. It gets bumped and shuts the monitor off if I dont have batteries in the handheld itself. And to add to all this i now pick up my neighbors children instead of my own. I can hear into there household as if i were there but cant here my child and i am only a few yards away. In my experience I definatly wouldnt recommend...

You get what you pay for with this product.  I feel it has a decent price tag, and it provides decent quality, not superior.  The lights are a plus because you can "see" any noise you baby makes in the dark, even if you do not hear it.  This is especially great for my hard-sleeping husband.  He can sleep through most noises, including a baby crying, but lights flickering will wake him up so he can check on her.  The dual monitors is a plus because I can keep one monitor in my room at all times and use the other monitor to move around the house when she's napping and I am finishing house work. ...

We bought this baby monitor with the two receivers and have never been disappointed with it.  Compared to a lot of the baby monitors it was signigicantly less expensive and I really like how it has lights as well.  The lights even fluxuate there is five of them so a really loud sound goes up to the fifth light but say a tiny stir in bed or a yawn- yes even a yawn will trigger the light is down at one light.  Personally I think it's ingenious.  I have one receiver next to my computer and one in my bedroom so I can always hear and see if my daughter stirs while she is sleeping.  The only thing...
