TIP: Although it comes with breast pads as absorbent material to put into the disposable bag, once those are gone, if you don't want to purchase more (I had them anyway w/ a newborn) simply save and use all of those extra napkins you get at fast food restaurants. Also, Wal*Mart or other places carry inexpensive small waste basket trash bags (scented even) for practically nothing and I keep spare ones in the carry case and car. My suggestion is that each time your child uses the potty, you pre-set-up the potty (bag, absorbent material thrown in) for the next RUSHED use. I'm always happy that I've taken the extra minute to do this in advance when my son always gives me at-the-last-minute notice of his need to "go." You won't be sorry you bought this!
One more thing, when putting the bag on the potty, I recommend folding over the top of the bag several times (shortening the bag) and then setting it around the potty base before snapping on the top (you'll see). This allows for extra "clean" area that has not been soiled for you to handle when you go to tie/knot the bag to discard it. All of the wetness will be at the bottom of the bag and the length of the bag will be dry and clean since it was rolled/folded up under the seat.
Ok, I could go on forever but; that should do it! Happy public outings!
