We bought this Fisher & Paykel dryer, along with the matching washer, a little over three years ago when our old set quit working. It is a compact machine allowing us to place it in the limited space we have available, yet accommodates loads of laundry that are sufficient for our family of 5. It doesn't have any "bells or whistles" on it, just plain and simple settings to get the job done. I have found that it isn't necessary to use the normal heat setting for regular daily laundry but that the low heat setting works well for most loads which is helpful when watching the budget. A load of jeans or towels are the only things we set on medium heat. It remains to be seen how long this machine will hold up and continue to dry in a quick amount of time but we will find out. Overall we are pleased with this purchase and recommend it. Load Capacity This isn't a huge machine by any means but is adequate for an average family of 4-5. I would not recommend this machine to a large family like our friends who have 6 kids in their home, they wouldn't be able to stay caught up. Performance This machine dries in a reasonably short period of time and in three years hasn't had any mechanical issues. Ease of Use Plain and simple to use. Durability So far so good. Design It has a simple and compact design.

When our dryer broke down we decided to get a new set. We were looking at a he Front loader but found that they were out of our budget and we werent able to fit where we needed to put it.. The sales man pointed out the fisher paykel set. I was skeptical since we had never heard that this brand before. This purchase was one of our best purchases! The dryer works really good and the best part is you can set it that it stops on its own when the clothes are dry. So you dont have the dryer running when it isnt suppose to be. We recommended this to our friends and they went out and bought it and are very happy with theirs too!!! I give 2 thumbs up! Best part is- it does the quality of a front loader with the priceof a top loader!

We have owned this dryer as well as the matching washer for 3 years.I had never heard of this brand until moving to Souith Carolina and WOW!  Alot of performance and many features at a base price. Excellent buy! I will be a "this brand loyal" customer for a long time to come.
