I refinanced my home mortgage recently and did a lot of research, looking for the very best rates and lowest fees.  Living in Colorado, I gave preference to local brokers.  I narrowed the field to Beacon and First National.  Both had the absolute lowest rates (.25% lower than anything on Lending Tree) and incredibly low fees.  I was almost afraid to use them, thinking it was too good to be true.  But it was true.  I ended up selecting First National Financing and they made this whole process quick and painless.  Bob Davis followed up with me daily to keep me informed and the loan closed within 2 weeks of starting the process.  It was almost fun!  I'm so happy I selected First National.
