Most HelpfulThis was the first credit card offer presented to me at The Ohio State University, which I attended and was walking across the oval on my way to class early. Most HelpfulAfter more than ten years membership, I called to check on my interest rate which had leapt to the exhorbitant amount of 30%. I had been close to the limit for a month and the rate made me go over. I corrected it with a (large) payment that month, charged a very minimal amount. WHen I spoke to...

Bank of Omaha was one of two that refused to make any kind of concessions in order that I might continue regular payments. I worked with all my debtors, answered whenever they called, updated all my contact information truthfully and never tried to dodge their inquiries. I WANT to pay my debts. I have never been over my credit limit and I have never made a late payment.
When I called to ask why my card was rejected at a store, they informed me they had closed the account because I received a $400 Walmart card and a $200 Target card. WTF? Seriously.
I earn $200k per year and the credit limit on this card was only $7,500 which is about 2.6% of my annual income.
The closing of this account severely impacted my credit rating, my fico dropped 65 points because of it.
Don't use FNB of Omaha, you will probably regret it.

We received the card, verified it, and put it away for about 3 months. Early in Sept. I called them and told them that we would be using the card in Europe--gave them the countries and the dates of travel.
We then received a latter stating that "Periodically we conduct a review of our bankcard accounts. We review both the manner in which you have used and paid...
