I love playing with my nephew and introducing him to new toys.  So when my mom got him the First Learning Pop Up Tunnel, I was very excited to see how he liked it.  We found it on sale at K&B Toys before they went out of business so it was a great deal.

The Pop Up Tunnel starts out as a flat toy, tied on 3 sides to keep it closed, and tucked away in a plastic zippered bag.  When ready for use, you just have to untie the 3 sides and it pops open.  There is no assembly involved making this an easy toy to take out whenever he is over.  My mom stores it behind her couch for easy access and so that it's hidden away when he's not over.

At first site, my nephew couldn't wait to crawl through it!  He did many many times.  As he got a little older and bigger, he wanted to do different things with it.  For example, he plays "hide-n-seek" in there all the time.  He likes to roll around in it too.  Or we will throw his toys in there for him to find.  Another thing we do is push it down so it's all flat, and then he steps in the middle, says 1-2-3 GO!! and we pull it up around him.  He loves it!  Sometimes we hide in the tunnel or behind the tunnel and that's fun for him as well.  We didn't buy the tent attachments, but sometimes what we've done is made a tent out of chairs and a blanket, then had this tunnel exit into the tent.  It's probably less expensive that way and he still enjoyed it.

Overall I think this is a fantastically simple toy!  I have read about some tunnels that have ripped or been of poor quality, but the First Learning brand has proven great.  My nephew has been rough with the tunnel and it is still in great shape.  After almost a year of having this, he still likes to play with it because there are so many different games you can do with it.  He's just over 2 now and it looks like he will still play with this tunnel for years to come.  Enjoy!!

They are so much fun, thanks for reading :) I have to go check out some of yours tonight! I've been just recently trying to make time to read more of my friends reviews.

These are really loads of fun! We had them with my two oldest nephews and we used them until they literally wore out. Then the younger sister comes along and we started all over again.

It is fun, i like to hide in it when we are playing hide and seek! Trouble is for an adult you have to do like an army crawl to get in and he doesn't give you much time to hide. I wish we would have bought 2, and the little tent to connect it. Maybe I will for my own house once I have kids.

He's so cute! That thing looks and sounds so fun, I want to play in it. I remember a time in grade school when we went to a Space Museum. They had and ant crawl all over up and down the wall. I played in that thing the whole time we were there!
