Fireplug Inn Daycare, Salon and Hotel for Small Dogs — 

The Fireplug Inn in Southlake, TX is a great place for small dogs.  They offer very reasonable daycare, boarding and grooming services.  They restrict dogs to 25 lb and under so it is a great safe place to take your little one.  The staff is great and very attentive to the dogs.
