they have one of the worst customer service departments

Cons
    very poor customer service, questionable quality of many items, super high interest rates, they never returned my items

i had ordered a few items from a catalog and when they were shipped i was not happy with the product. no problem i figured it happens. i returned the items for a credit to my account and to my suprise after 6-10 phone call and emails it took the company more than 6 months to credit the account and i was also left paying the interest on the account since it had not been taken care of in time. not the kind of service i expected or should have had to deal with.
