Terrible place to shop no quality products and terrible service.

budget conscious, always looking for a hot deal

They are so bad about ordering.  You dont get quality items either. You have to do so many different things just to get a membership in the catalog.  I feel thats not right they also have terrible customer service and the reps that answer phones dont seem to know what they are talking about.
