    Great cast, great character development, Johnny Depp, tear jerker, engaging storyline

This movie was so great it really was just a movie that allows you a good cry and to just entertain you. Johnny Depp is tremendous, and that kid was great. It's because of his performance in this movie, that made Johnny Depp say he was Charlie for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It's been a while since I've seen this movie but just thinking about it makes me want to go and watch it, and I do own the dvd.
