My 3yr loves this movie. The bright colors and action keeps her attention, and the story actually keeps an adult's attention as well. Very few times can I find a movie my child will sit down and watch from start to finish. And when I do find one it's normally one where I fight to stay awake or try not to get up and do something else.
So if you have very active child that doesn't like to watch movies often, try this one.
