Finding Nemo's great!

Pros

    Albert Books, amazing animation, colorful imagery, funny clever screenplay, Dorey the forgetful fish

Cons
    separated from dad can be scary for kids, Shark could be scary to little ones, Scary--separated from Mom by death, Scary--Dad loses him he's all alone!

My husband and I saw Finding Nemo when it came out in theaters and LOVED IT. 

We showed it to our daughter when she was 2 with high expectations.  She liked it, watched it a couple of times, but hasn't watched it since.  She says now (she's 3 now) that "the sharks and stuff are a little scary", so we don't push it.

That seems to be how it is with a lot of kid movies though.  Unless the "bad" characters aren't too scary, she's not interested.
