I love Fidelity because you can consolidate all your retirement accounts together.  It's easy and intuitive how to use the website.  There is online customer support via instant messaging so you don't have to sit on a phone waiting to talk to somebody.

The research tools are great when trying to find stats on a mutual fund or stock.  The site also has a feature called Full View.  This allows you to register all sorts of accounts (other brokerage accounts, bank accounts, credit card companies, frequent flier / hotel accounts, email, etc.) so all account balances can be centralized.  It can be refreshed to allow you single point access to all your financial information in one spot.

The reporting / history functions for your accounts is also great.  You can get up to the day balance info and returns, and you can search the history to see recent transactions.
