I like their IRA accounts because there are no annual fees and because I have the ability to make stock trades online.  I also like that they have people available that I can call if I need information, but they don't bother me otherwise.  The only bad thing I've noticed is that their commissions are higher for trades of more than 1000 shares.  It's cheaper to break the trades up into multiple 1000 share trades than to make a single trade of more than 1000 shares.
