my co-worker was RAVING about Fiber One bars, so I had to try them.  First I bought the strawberry ones and I did NOT like them at all.  Then she told me to try the chocolate chip and oat ones.  Well let me just tell you that I absolutely love them.  However, they do give me gas throughout the morning and now I cannot stay regular unless I eat one daily...it does what it's supposed to do, right?
