When I first looked at these bars in the store, I thought, these will be probably be the most disgusting bars ever! I was wrong....if you love chocolate and are watching your weight with a higher fiber bar, then you met your match!
My issue, sometimes, way too much chocolate first thing in the morning and combined with coffee, was making me sick to my stomach. Right now, I've moved to another type of bar and eat oatmeal in the morning to help the high cholesterol.
