I cannot begin to express how much I LOVE Fiber One bars!!! They are sweet, tasty, delicious, and are packed with 9 grams of fiber!! My two favorite are Oats and Chocolate and Peanut Butter. Nutritionally, they are much healthier than your typical granola bar....we all need a little more fiber in our diet and these can help tremendously! You can find them on sale all of the time, and they do a great job of giving out coupons!
