Fiber One Chewy High Fiber Snack Bar Review

When I saw these were made by Fiber One, I was pretty skeptical. How would a bar with that much fiber taste? I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them. They are somewhat soft and sticky, not hard or grainy at all. Great taste too - sweet and chocolately. Eat in moderation if you are not used to eating a lot of fiber....it can make you gassy until you get used to it. I learned my lesson when I ate 3 in one day! Very good.....give them a try!
