Great taste - but leads to serious gas!

    9 grams of fiber, Great chocolate taste, Only 140 calories, Great peanut butter taste, gives me a boost of energy!, Great taste and texture

I really love the taste and texture of these bars, and the fact that they provide so much of the needed daily fiber. My one main concern is that they may provide TOO much fiber. I tend to be extremely gassy after munching one of these. Anyone else notice that? Maybe I just need to work them into my diet more slowly. But I think they're an excellent hunger-curber.
