These are quite tasty. They are not that filling. I am hungry again shortly after eating them. The fiber amount is a plus but it does upset my stomach. I think they are great 'on-the-go' snacks. I usually keep one in my purse or my car to snack on when I am out. This way I can avoid the fast food place. Its easy on my pocket book and easy on my waist line. The Special K bars keep you full longer.
