Tasty but carbs and calories are way too high

Pros

    9 grams of fiber, Great taste and texture

Cons
    too many carbs, too much sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, calories are too high, Not fortified with vitamins or minerals

I tried the Caramel one and Loved it.

 Sadly I learned to read labels in class the following week and found that these were a No No for diabetics. I wish they offered a lower sugar healthier version.

They are really nice tasting though and for those not worried about sugar and calories and carbs you are sure to enjoy them.
