Perfect snack item that is a delicious source of Fiber!

Fiber One bars, specifically the Peanut Butter and Oats flavor, have been an excellent additon to my daily snack regiment. These things not only taste great, they are also an excellent source of fiber at 35% of the daily recommended amount each bar! Since they are high in fiber, they also help to keep me feeling full until my next snack so I avoid eating huge meals and the dealing with the subsequent wait gain associated with overeating. Overall, excellent healthy snack choice.

Fiber One's Chocolate & Mocha Chewy Bars are so delicious I look forward to them for lunch or breakfast. This is one of the most delicious ways to get 9g of fiber I've ever had. At only 140 calories and 4g of fat per bar I don't have to feel guilty about enjoying such a delicious snack. If you love the flavor of coffee you've got to try these chewy gems.
