This is a great way to get your daily dose, easier to take in juice or smoothies than the capsules. For a Banana Milkshake try 1 scoop with a banana, a cup of almond or oat milk, a teaspoon Xylitol, a teaspoon vanilla, blend a few minutes. Yummy! Very energizing.
