The search was on to find a cat litter that was not scented - yuck, environmentally friendly, worked well, and was liked by my felines!

First I tried the regular Feline Pine, which had some good qualities, but after a while the urine odor was too strong for me.

Next came Swheat Scoop, a scoop-able, wheat...

I have tried several different cat litters and I have to say this is the worst I have tried.  I personally wouldn't even use it if it was free.  It tracks worse than clay litters and is by far harder to clean up than the clay or wheat brands.

I prefer the scoop over the pellets.  My cats will not get in the litter pan with the pellets.  The do use and seem to like the feel of the scoop.  I have been using this for a few months and will not go back to regular litter.  The odor is cleaner and the cats will use it more even when I do not clean it on time.  Mine are diggers and this makes it easy for them to dig.  They both like to kick it out the pan but it is easy to pick up or vacuum.  Yes they walk allover the House and leave litter but it is easy to clean and does not smell.

I have to admit that I love my cat.  I am not so sure that she loves me though.  Well, I think she does, because my son and I are the only two people in the world to whom she does not growl at.  So I like to take care of her to make sure she doesn't growl at me in the future!  She is very finicky and set in her ways.  Any change in her routine, food, litter, etc. can be a cause for kitty revolution.  But, I am so sick of cat litters because they are so dusty and cause such a mess.  everytime I pour litter, whether it be a very cheap, generic brand, to very expensive, dust and other remnants...

I tried Feline Pine Clumping Cat Litter a few years ago after seeing and advertisement on television. We have a multiple cat household and one big litter box so finding one that could really keep odors down was difficult.

When I found out that most of the synthetically made cat litters contained chemicals that were harmful to our pets and to us I was disturbed to say the least. We did notice frequency of our cats getting sick, (attributing it to hairballs). We didn't realize that that the dust particles from the litter were being breathed in by the cats and us.

Even though Feline Pine was more...

I must have tried every cat litter on the shelves and the Feline Pine Clumping Litter is the closest to what I was looking for. I wanted: -Dust free -Odor free -Clumping -No/Low tracking -As "Natural" as possible. The only issue I have with this litter is that the clumps don't stay intact when I try to scoop them out. It just leaves all of these tiny clumps in the box so I have to change the litter completely about every 2 weeks. I have also noticed that my kitty is sneezing more than normal so I am not sure if it has to do with the change in litter or something else.

I bought this litter, because I wanted something more environmentally friendly. It smells fine, but the pleasant smell lasts for about a week before you have to change the entire box of litter, because the smell of cat pee has taken over. Also it doesn't clump tight enough. Often it falls apart when I am trying to scoop it up, adding to the horrible smell of cat pee. I would recommend using a liner with this litter, because you'll end up changing out the box a lot. Also this litter tracks more than other litters I have used since it is so lightweight.

Feline Pine Scoop Clumping cat litter is the best cat litter I have ever used. My cats don't mind the difference in texture, as opposed to the typical clay formulas. Feline Pine clumps better than the other brands. The Feline Pine cat litter absorbs odors unlike any other cat litter I've ever used. I also love that it's natural and I'm sure my cats appreciate it, too. I'd recommend it to anyone!

A friend recommended this litter so I tried it and it is fabulous and it's scoopable. Go out and buy some and use it. It smells like the inside of Home Depot's lumber area-even after kitty has made deposits. The only negative would be it's kind of like sawdust and scatters easily but no more than the clumping litter I used before.

This litter clumped like was advertised, but put off the most horrible smell i've smelled after being 'dampened' by my cats. It also didn't scoop well with normal scoopers and made a mess on the floor around the litter that was very not fun to clean up, it got mussy and smeared all over the tile.

Feline Pine Scoop Clumping is a great idea.  My cat really hated it.  If your cat will uses it, it's a great buy.  Great for the environment!
