FedEx held my package for over a week; no reason given.

FedEx —

FedEx logged my package into their system on Tuesday, with expected delivery the next day. It wasn't delivered the next day, nor the next 5 days. FedEx's tracking system indicated a "delivery exception, delivery not attempted." Customer service rep spoke very poor English and couldn't explain the reason for the delay.

I'll avoid using FedEx whenever possible in the future.

FedEx is not recommended by grandmax

I have experienced exactly the same thing as yours. I would never us Fedex ever again.
(the package was shipped on 11/24/08 for 2 days shipping but the recipient hasn't received the package until today 12/1/08) what da.....h.....
