FedEx Review

I paid $77.85 to have a package be delivered overnight by FedEx.  Instead it took two days.  Why the delay, the driver, who had the package on his truck on day one, decided on his own that he did not think we would be open.  He failed to get to our business by 5 pm and so he decided not to deliver the package. I was at my business until 8 PM waiting delivery.  The next day when he did deliver my package (at 3:30ish pm) he admitted that he did not think we were in so he did not stop.  What reliability.  My other experience with FedEx was when they delivered a package to my business and it was to go to a person in the next town over (not even the same zip code or town name). I had to call them and they had to come for the package.  That driver on the delivery, could not even find the doorbell and the instructions to use the phone, which is right there, to gain admission to our offices.
