For someone looking for fast food with variety, this is it. It ussually does not take long to go through the lines and get your food. Cheap, sometimes good food, bad service by managment

I used to go to this Fazolis once or twice a week for a year or so. Then, one time, I ordered spaghetti with marinera in their drive thru. When I got home, it was wrong...I got spaghetti with meat sauce. I went back the next day but the manager refused to do anything about it. I contacted the Fazolis national office via their website. I was ignored! I then faxed them. Again, I received no response! I ended up having the charge taken off my card through my credit card company.
